Role Overview
- Define and execute the Transportation strategy across Europe
- Lead pipeline creation and conversion for strategic projects
- Build and coach a high-performing team of Solution Account Managers
- Develop relationships with OEMs, operators, EPCs, and partners
- Align regional sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Drive business performance and ensure forecast accuracy
Requirements
- 10+ years in industrial/infrastructure markets (preferably Transportation)
- Strong track record in solution selling and complex deal management
- Leadership experience and team development skills
- Solid knowledge of industrial networking and cybersecurity in critical infrastructure
- Experience in a medium-to-large international organization and matrix environment
