Role Overview
Handle complex technical tasks to support operations and enhance efficiency within defined procedures
Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
Manage resources and schedules to meet specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards
Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods
Monitor output quality to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
Maintain accurate daily production records for manufacturing performance analysis
Make minor decisions within task scope, requiring enhanced technical skills and problem-solving abilities
Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor manufacturing operations to align with business objectives and drive operational excellence
Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
MA Assessment required for internal candidates before hire if no technical degree or certification acquired
Associate Degree in Engineering/Science/IT or Technical Certification preferred
