Translate the executive team's strategic directives into clear, operational campaign plans.
Own group-wide marketing campaigns across multiple countries — from planning and coordination with our subsidiaries to performance measurement.
Manage projects such as testimonial campaigns, office tours, webinars, and trade show appearances.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders such as subsidiaries, customers, photographers, videographers, and agencies, ensuring everyone knows what needs to be done and when.
Systematically develop our B2B technical content, e.g., whitepapers, fact sheets, case studies, and industry articles.
Conceptualize and write content yourself and also collaborate with agencies and our internal team — you will lead the coordination and quality assurance.
Develop templates and structures for the team, e.g., briefing templates, editorial calendars, and content processes.
Develop new marketing formats such as webinars or video testimonials and create suitable concepts for customers and partners.
Work closely with the executive team, a social media manager, an operational marketing colleague, and external service providers.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, industrial software, SaaS, or a comparable environment with complex products.
Willingness and ability to quickly and methodically familiarize yourself with complex topics and new industries; experience in the circular economy is a plus but not required.
Strong skills in producing technical content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, industry articles) for decision-makers in a B2B environment.
Experience managing and briefing external partners such as agencies to ensure quality standards are met.
Proven experience in managing campaigns and projects with multiple stakeholders — you reliably bring topics across the finish line.
Native-level German and business-fluent English for collaboration with international colleagues (including UK and NL).
