Support the product roadmap and strategy and be a SME for Live Sports
Evolve and maintain homes for sports leagues and ensure consistency across all platforms
Draft requirements to enable feature innovation across Live TV, search, and discovery
Clearly define feature requirements and business logic for agile scrum teams, CMS and API teams, and design partners
Set KPI-driven priorities and use data to understand customer habits and needs
Align stakeholders (marketing, operations, data tracking, etc.) on delivery scope for sports events and leagues
Support strategic discussions on the future direction of the Paramount+ product and user experience
Manage cross-functional relationships and navigate competing priorities
Drive testing and UAT for feature and league rollouts across all sports leagues

3+ years of experience in product management or related field
Experience leading projects/initiatives and managing cross-functional stakeholders
Experience drafting detailed product requirements (user stories, PRDs)
Experience working with agile scrum methodologies and engineering teams
Ability to assess market trends and bring innovative thinking
General interest in sports
