Work with clients to ensure project scope is balanced with desired business outcomes and overall value.
Analyse business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into effective requirement specifications.
Formulate and define development scope and objectives based on business, stakeholder, and solution requirements.
Create detailed requirements and solution design documentation.
Support the design and delivery of successful solutions — on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Post-secondary degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent.
BABOK certification is an asset.
Experience with AI-augmented or agentic development workflows is an asset.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and methodologies.
Strong understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
Understanding of internet technologies: APIs, AWS.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent time management across multiple projects.
Ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction across all engagements.
