Collaborate with members of the different Operations teams to gather and document business requirements for data analysis, reporting and potential system improvements.
Work closely with the April IT teams in both Hong Kong and France to refine and enhance the data model in Snowflake to align with business needs.
Design, track and ensure the deployment of IT development requests via JIRA.
Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards in QlikSense, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Translate complex data into understandable and actionable business insights for non-technical team members.
Work closely with the COO on documenting, streamlining and automating (where possible) the Data Exchange processes for each of our Insurers and Fronting Partners.
Support the Operations managers in conducting regular reviews and updates of business processes to drive continuous improvement.
Provide training and support to users on new reports and dashboards.
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of data modelling principles and experience with Snowflake.
Proficiency in QlikSense or similar BI tools for creating reports and dashboards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
Experience in account management, particularly in medical or health-related fields, is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
