Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring alignment with the business’s strategic objectives
Build, prioritize and manage the backlog based on value, data, feedback and technical capacity
Develop and evolve the product roadmap, balancing short
and long-term deliveries
Work directly with stakeholders (business, technology, operations and leadership), ensuring alignment and governance
Translate complex needs into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Lead agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, review and retrospective) with the team
Monitor technical metrics (SLAs, performance, availability) and business metrics
Manage dependencies between squads and legacy systems
Drive data governance and quality initiatives, ensuring consistency and compliance
Ensure continuous delivery of value with a focus on user experience and operational efficiency

Proven experience (min. 5 years) as a Product Owner or Product Manager working on complex digital products
Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
Experience with data products, master data management (MDM), identity management or product catalogs
Ability to prioritize based on value, effort and risk
Ability to read and interpret technical data (logs, APIs, data quality metrics)
Experience integrating legacy systems with digital platforms
Excellent communication skills for interaction with technical and executive stakeholders
Strong results and metrics orientation
