Ownership of SEO and GEO — from clean markup and content structure to visibility in traditional search engines as well as AI-based search and answer systems.
Use of AI-powered tools (among others) for keyword analysis, backlink analysis, competitive benchmarking and visibility reporting to make our activities more efficient and enable better decision-making.
Planning, managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Hands-on content management (including backlinking, review management & optimization of our WordPress sites based on Avada/Elementor).
Responsibility for budgets, performance tracking and reporting in HubSpot.
Systematic A/B testing of creatives, landing pages and ads.
Close collaboration with Sales and Executive Management to align marketing with measurable objectives.
Responsibility for the external brand presence at trade shows and events.
Requirements
Several years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
Experience with SEO
Confident use of WordPress
Experience working with HubSpot
Understanding of paid campaigns
A structured and independent working style
