Play a key role in process improvement reviews to identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business
Break down and analyse existing business processes in detail to assess feasibility and redesign for automated solutions
Communicate process changes and training requirements to business SMEs and management
Design and configure automation solutions using the selected automation platform
Set deadlines and assign responsibilities, monitor and summarise progress of projects
Perform risk and issue management to minimise project risks and issues
Manage sub-project timelines and coordinate development testing with operation and technology partners
Build relationships and work closely with stakeholders to identify future opportunities

Ability to analyse, understand business problems
Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Outlook, Excel) including macros creation
Experience with automation technologies (Uipath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) are very welcome
Fluency in English
