Application Business Analyst IV

Role Overview

• Provides quality implementations, upgrades, and support for Franciscan Alliance applications.
• Performs needs assessments and impact analyses, understanding the business and the processes of application areas.
• Leads new installations and system optimization.
• Provides on-going troubleshooting for Franciscan Alliance applications.
• Researches and provides input regarding system enhancements.
• Reports to stakeholder’s feedback on enhancements being developed.
• Manages small to medium projects according to Franciscan Alliance methodologies.
• Maintains and configures the application parameters to ensure Franciscan Alliance applications function according to customers’ specifications.
• Provides on-call support, including after-hours support, for team and customers.
• Develops test scenarios and performs testing for Franciscan Alliance applications and workflow.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Bachelor's Degree Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
• Master's Degree Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
• 6 years Relevant Work Experience (unless promotional criteria can be met)
• 7 years Relevant Work Experience preferred
• EPIC Certified or Accredited (if required by role)
• EpicCare Ambulatory required
