About this role
Role Overview
Initial contact: You are the first point of contact at uptain for interested prospects.
Phone & email: You contact leads who have shown interest in our solutions.
Relationship building: You identify who the right contact person is for us.
Needs analysis: You determine the needs of interested parties.
Appointment setting: You schedule follow-up meetings for your colleagues in Sales and answer initial questions.
You will also be involved in outbound sales!
Requirements
Some prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles
Interest in e-commerce and digital trends
Ability to persuade people over the phone with clear communication
Strong communication skills, goal orientation, and assertiveness
High level of commitment and reliability toward customers
Excellent self-organization and personal accountability
Strong English skills, as we also have international prospects
In general: You don't need to know everything, but you must be willing to learn!
