This role is designed as a high-impact operational and strategic support function to the Head of the Client Settlements department.
The candidate will be responsible for driving settlement-related initiatives, enhancing PSP performance monitoring, improving funding workflows, and ensuring strong operational control across all payment channels.
Requirements
Daily validation of PSP deposit/withdrawal flows (success rates, processing time, reconciliation accuracy)
Monitor PSP cost structure (fees, FX cost, hidden cost leakage)
Identify anomalies in transaction behaviour and escalate risks proactively
