Role Overview
- Engage in daily data analysis and reporting
- Managing and meticulously reviewing vendor reports
- Creating comprehensive client-specific reports
- Participate in meetings to discuss findings and strategies
- Build new financial models to improve financial analysis reporting
- Collaborate with Unit Leader to build, develop and implement processes
- Lead financial analysis and develop high-level, multi-year financial strategies
- Prepare and lead discussions around financial reports
- Develop and present renewal projections for medical, dental and vision
Requirements
- Four-year college or university degree
- Finance/Statistics/Mathematics, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, or related studies is highly preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an Analytics or Financial role preferred
- Strong knowledge of the group insurance marketplace including alternative funding methods and industry trends
- Working knowledge of carriers and products
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with Power BI and Visual Basic
