Support the global rollout of Oracle Fusion ERP across multiple regions
Design, configure, and implement scalable ERP solutions for global processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and implementation teams
Perform requirements gathering and fit‑gap analysis
Develop and optimize reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher
Define integration strategies and oversee implementations using REST/SOAP APIs
Prepare and execute test plans for SIT, UAT, and regression testing
Implement role‑based access controls and ensure security compliance
Support global change management initiatives and provide technical training to users
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for Oracle Fusion ERP.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Proven experience implementing Oracle Fusion ERP (Financials, Procurement, Projects)
Strong understanding of global business processes, compliance, and software lifecycle management
Hands‑on experience with: REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware
OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Transactional BI
Cloud & SaaS fundamentals, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
Personalization & extension tools (Page Composer, Application Composer with Groovy, Sandbox Framework, Visual Builder Studio)
Security Console for role‑based access and segregation of duties
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross‑functional environment
Proactive, independent, and committed to continuous improvement.
