Role Overview
- Support municipal utilities and energy suppliers with market communication
- Advise customers on market communication using Wilken ENER:GY
- Analyze, design and optimize market processes such as GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM or MPES
- Implement functional requirements in the system (customizing, automation, process mapping)
- Support regulatory changes and assist with the introduction of new market processes
- Plan and facilitate workshops and coordinate with customers
Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical experience in market communication within the energy industry
- Solid understanding of GPKE, GeLi Gas, WiM and MPES
- Knowledge of market communication data formats
- Good understanding of IT systems, data structures and business process mapping
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Confident communication with customers
