You will play a central role in advising and supporting our clients in the implementation and optimization of our software solutions in the area of Finance & Accounting.
Independently analyze client requirements and develop technically sound, practical solution concepts.
Advise our clients on finance and accounting processes and provide expert support on complex issues such as fixed asset accounting, cost accounting, or IFRS/US-GAAP.
Plan, conduct and moderate workshops and provide training for key users.
Prepare specifications, solution descriptions and process recommendations.
Provide subject-matter leadership for relevant project work packages and closely coordinate with project management, business units and our development team.
Configure the ERP system in a process-oriented manner, including quality assurance of the implementation.
Identify optimization and further development needs for our clients — both during implementation and in ongoing operations.

Several years of professional experience in the finance & accounting field or in financial accounting/bookkeeping.
Solid accounting and business administration knowledge (e.g., university degree, commercial school (HAK), WIFI training or comparable qualification).
Very good knowledge in the use of and ideally implementation of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SAP, BMD or similar).
Ability to quickly grasp complex financial relationships and translate them into structured solution approaches.
Experience conducting workshops and training sessions and ideally supporting software implementations.
Strong communication and consulting skills, and the ability to bridge functional and technical requirements between clients and IT.
High customer orientation, self-responsibility and enthusiasm for digital financial processes and the IT industry.
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and confident English language skills.
