Role Overview
- Support clients in the functional implementation and further development of billing processes
- Analyze, design and optimize billing processes
- Implement functional requirements in the system, e.g., by creating, maintaining and adjusting billing rules
- Plan and facilitate workshops as well as conduct functional alignments with clients and internal teams
- Participate in implementation and replacement projects and take on functional responsibility
Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical experience with a billing or invoicing system
- Understanding of how billing systems are structured both technically and functionally
- Hands-on SQL and data skills for analyses, validations or migrations
