Be the customer facing representative within Radiology Informatics Services & Solutions at Philips
Ensure customer satisfaction, experience, outcomes and success with Philips products or services
Act as the face of Philips and manage stakeholder communication through engagements
Lead cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs and develop strategic plans
Provide advanced strategic guidance and technical assistance for solutions
Communicate customer improvements, priorities, and pain points within the company
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service performance meets contractual deliverables,
Prepare and discuss service reports and manage customer Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Oversee contract obligations, financials, P&L management, and invoicing processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience OR a master’s degree with 1 year of relevant work experience (Engineering, Business Administration, Health Science or other relevant field)
Relevant experience in Technical Consulting, Customer Advocacy, Post-Sales Operations, Account Management, Customer Success or equivalent
Good understanding of IT topics
Full driving license and willingness to travel 60-70% of your time
Ability to influence others without authority
Ability to multitask & manage competing priorities through a flexible, self-motivated approach
Excellent communication skills with a fluent level of English
Strong presentation skills
Ability to foster solid and long-term relationships (account management) and relate to all different levels of audiences.
Standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check required for this role
