Role Overview

• Provides strategic, operational, and consultative leadership across an integrated healthcare delivery system
• Serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees at all levels
• Leads proactive workplace initiatives and strategies, conducts workplace investigations
• Develops and drives employee relations strategies and scalable practices
• Partners with key stakeholders to develop solutions to enhance manager capabilities
• Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality in handling sensitive employee relations matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8 years recent relevant experience
• Progressive employee relations experience
• Exceptional people management skill sets
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional partnership skills
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Advanced investigative skills
• Experience advising senior executives
• High proficiency in leveraging data and analytics
