About this role
Role Overview
Lead coordination, process improvement, and project management of marketing operations across multiple functions within the Key Customer Team.
Ensure execution of market insights activities, HCP consulting programs, product theaters, KOL receptions, and speaker bureau initiatives efficiently and compliantly.
Deliver administrative and operational support for Speaker Bureau programs, ensuring compliance and high-quality logistical execution.
Own end-to-end contract management for KCT-related agreements.
Support end-to-end HCP consulting operations with process refinement.
Drive cross-functional coordination with marketing partners, Legal, Compliance, and Medical Affairs teams.
Assist in project management of Market Insights initiatives, supporting vendor management and developing a consolidated insights process.
Oversee conference reception planning and execution.
Drive refinement and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflows.
Oversee and manage vendor partners, relationships, and budget tracking.
Requirements
BS/BA degree and 9 years of relevant experience; or MS/MA degree and 7 years of relevant experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in customer-facing roles in the pharmaceutical industry, or vendor support of marketing initiatives and collaborating with field sales.
Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing rules and regulations.
Preferred: Commercial experience within oncology therapeutic area.
Marketing experience in healthcare (outside of oncology).
Familiar with congress planning, speaker bureau management, HCP Contracting and vendor management, Cross functional collaboration tools.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to learn and ability to improve current processes.
Ability to identify gaps and provide proposed solutions with limited oversight.
Ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external partners.
Strong organization, planning, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently to execute against strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines.
Ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams toward a shared vision of success.
Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups, targeting presentation to the needs of the audience.
Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary.
