Technical Enablement Architect

Role Overview

• act as a force multiplier by coaching and influencing clients and peers
• onboard and develop team members, setting goals consistent with BU objectives
• demonstrate clear value with substantiated results in initiatives
• communicate comfortably at the executive level
• evaluate team activities to assess the cost-benefit and return on investment

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in technical channel development, reseller education, and enablement
• 8 years’ functional experience including 5 years position specific experience
• Dell TA Certified
• four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience)
• high school grad (or equivalent) with 14 years directly related experience is preferred
• advanced badges and certifications in advanced solutions technology categories
• high levels of executive presence, business acumen, sales acumen, and technical acumen
