About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.
Deal driver — managing the full sales cycle from initial meetings and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing (full-cycle).
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams and run own outbound activities to ensure a consistently healthy pipeline.
Own the customer journey, including creating pitch materials and delivering compelling customer outreach.
Continuously monitor performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
5–7+ years of experience selling software solutions, particularly in B2B and Software or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
Deep understanding of the industry and current market trends — especially the German Mittelstand (SMB) segment.
Customer-focused with an ability to quickly identify issues.
Strong understanding of how a SaaS product can solve customer problems.
Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in German and excellent communication skills.
