About this role
Role Overview
Provide direct support for Clinical Tower's End User Sales Team.
Interact with customers from various fields in a laboratory setting.
Triage customers to the appropriate Sales Account Manager/Account Executive and assist in lead generation.
Manage customer quotes and literature requests for diverse product lines.
Receive all technical calls and triage appropriately.
Update and maintain CRM systems.
Capture new product inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Director.
Requirements
Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
3 – 5 years of customer-facing experience.
Understanding of sales processes and goals.
CRM experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to multi-task and function independently in a fast-paced environment.
Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
Five years of relevant work experience.
CRM experience and customer interfacing highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
