Growth Manager – Partnerships

Role Overview

• You ensure structure and scaling in the partnerships area: we continuously develop our processes.
• You sort, prioritize, and organize concrete improvement suggestions.
• In project-based work, you ensure that processes are defined, set up, and continuously optimized.
• Coordination and implementation of projects and growth initiatives: you work closely with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Ideally a completed degree in one of the following fields: Business, Energy, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in project management, business development, and/or partner management.
• Ideally, you bring a network within the energy industry.
• Particularly important to us is that you have an interest in renewable energy.
• A high level of initiative and strong communication skills.
• Strong interest in energy markets, technology, and sustainability.
• Confident user of Google Suite, Slack, and Miro.
