Manage the company’s global insurance portfolio, including Property, Liability, Transport, Cyber, and other specialty insurance lines
Act as the central contact and strategic interface for external insurers, brokers, and relevant partners
Develop, optimize, and drive global insurance programs in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
Analyze and assess corporate risks and define appropriate risk-transfer strategies
Lead international tender processes and negotiate with insurers and brokers to secure optimal coverage and cost efficiency
Coordinate and support claims handling in collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements across international markets
Prepare analyses, reports, and decision proposals for senior management

Degree in economics, law, insurance management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in insurance management, ideally within an international industrial company, with an insurance broker, or an insurance provider
Strong expertise in structuring and managing international insurance programs
Experience working with global insurers and brokers
Strong analytical skills and proven negotiation abilities
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders in an international environment
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
