Plan, organize and manage software development projects in agile teams using various technologies.
Assess requirements for technical feasibility, complexity and impact on system architecture together with software architects.
Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization and jointly define release scope as well as identify technical risks.
Support the development team with technical questions and architecture decisions.
Implement and track project goals according to specifications.
Optimize planning and deployment of internal and international resources.
Serve as the information interface to internal stakeholders (reporting, documentation, planning, tracking).
Help shape and continuously improve the software development process.

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience leading software product development projects, ideally with an international scope; project management certification is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a confident presence.
Team motivator who fosters top performance.
Technical understanding and knowledge of current methods/tools (preferably SAP development, hybrid apps).
Proactive, independent working style.
Very good German and English skills.
