You are responsible for the end-to-end consulting and management of one (and potentially more in the future) key client at iProspect.
You lead and coach your team—from junior to senior consultants—to achieve exceptional results together.
You manage both the client and your team and continuously optimize workflows to use resources efficiently and maximize client satisfaction.
You actively support pitches, proposal processes, and the preparation of strategically relevant new-business cases.
You coordinate partners, vendors, and interdisciplinary teams within the dentsu network.
You think and act beyond conventional boundaries and find innovative solutions to complex challenges.
You are the interface between the operational business and management.
You persuade clients in presentations and manage various client meetings.
You align the client's expectations with your own goals and those of your team.

Several years of professional experience in a media agency, agency environment, or in a senior marketing role in-house.
Solid marketing and communications know-how across all media channels.
Experienced in communication planning based on deep customer and consumer insights.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep all relevant KPIs in view.
The media funnel is not just a buzzword for you—you regularly challenge its weighting in terms of effectiveness.
Brand building, brand sentiment, and brand purpose are non-negotiable fundamentals for you.
Leadership experience while being a team player.
Empathy and strong social skills are among your strengths.
A communications professional who presents confidently in German and English.
You remain composed and friendly even in challenging situations.
