Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally working within the financial services sector
- Strong experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Proven ability to manage, manipulate, and validate large and complex datasets
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated experience in data quality checks, reporting validation, and issue resolution
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to serve as the analytics lead on projects, guiding discussions and influencing business decisions
- Experience mentoring junior analysts or helping establish analytics standards and best practices
