About this role

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the accounting team
Maintain client accounting records (balance sheet, tax package / liasse fiscale)
Prepare financial statements and tax returns
Participate in year-end closing and the preparation of management reports
Ensure accounting operations comply with current standards and regulations
Perform financial analyses and recommend optimization measures
Manage relationships with external partners (statutory auditors, tax authorities, etc.)
Monitor regulatory developments and anticipate changes in tax regulations

Minimum: Bac+2 (equivalent to a two-year post-secondary diploma) in Accounting
3–5 years' experience as an accounting associate in a firm or in a chef de mission role (junior to mid-level)
Good knowledge of accounting and tax standards
Ability to supervise and manage an accounting team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
