About this role

Lead and mentor a small development team focused on the AskLen Moveworks bot, ensuring delivery of high-quality, innovative AI solutions
Develop, code, test, and debug software programs with a focus on building experience APIs using REST APIs, data aggregation, and string formatting
Understand and coordinate potential dependencies across solution design, development, testing, deployment, support, and maintenance activities
Provide high-level technical support to clients, addressing existing issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience
2-3 years of people management experience
Strong leadership and technical knowledge in ServiceNow, Python, Power Automate, REST API development
Minimum 12 months experience as Senior Principal Engineer/Manager
Should have at least 'On track' or above in last appraisal
Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months
Should not have applied for any other IJP within Marsh McLennan in the last 3 months
Candidates must possess full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English
