About this role
Role Overview
Receive customer requests via phone / email / incident portal
Triage and log requests in the provided tool based on their urgency and priority
Analyze and resolve incidents by following established processes
Ensure follow-up once an incident is closed
Proactively propose improvements as part of the continuous enhancement of the service provided to customers
Requirements
Diploma equivalent to two years of higher education (e.g., an associate degree) preferred (ideally in IT or transport and logistics)
Professional experience in technical support, customer service, or in an operational role within a road transport company
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Motivated, curious and rigorous
Proficient with Windows and Linux office environments
Comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing
Knowledge of the transport and logistics sector is a plus
