About this role
Role Overview
- Create animated videos and motion graphics for social, web, and promotional use
- Design and animate betting data, odds movement, and sports insights
- Produce explainer-style content, stat breakdowns, and promotional animations
- Add dynamic text, transitions, and visual effects to enhance engagement
- Collaborate with the content team on concepts, storyboards, and execution
- Maintain consistent Onyx Odds branding across all animations
- Optimize animations for social platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube, X)
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in animation and motion design
- Strong proficiency in After Effects (required) and Premiere Pro
- Ability to design and animate from scratch (not just templates)
- Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Experience creating social-first content that captures attention quickly
- Solid design sense (typography, color, layout)
- Portfolio showcasing animation and motion work (required).
