Design, develop, and optimize business workflows using Appian Process Modeler.
Create process diagrams and documentation using BPMN 2.0 standards.
Build and configure rules, forms, user interfaces, and reports within the Appian platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and architects to refine functional and process requirements.
Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
Maintain process documentation, workflows, and system updates.
Ensure all implementations comply with enterprise architecture, governance, and development standards.
Assist in process optimization, monitoring, and performance tuning.

5–8 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) or Process Design.
Hands-on experience with Appian development and process modeling.
Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0, workflow lifecycle management, and case management concepts.
Experience integrating Appian with APIs, external systems, and backend services.
Exposure to enterprise operations or banking workflows.
Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and project environments.
