Solid practical experience in payroll: You have several years of experience in payroll accounting, are well versed in tax and social security legislation, and are proficient with payroll software (e.g., DATEV, SAP, Lexware).
Didactic aptitude: You can explain complex legal provisions and calculation methods clearly, in a structured way, and in a motivating manner.
Digital proficiency: You are comfortable in the virtual classroom (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and use digital tools confidently to design and deliver lessons.
Attitude & empathy: You work respectfully and want to pass on your experience to people who are reorienting their careers.
Certified pedagogy: You have experience in adult education and ideally hold a recognized pedagogical qualification (e.g., AEVO certificate / AdA).
Language skills: Excellent German language skills (C2) are essential for teaching legal content.
