Drive self-service capabilities and recommend optimized feature use
Advocate for the customer with product and partnerships teams
Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Consultant for upsell opportunities

Minimum of 6 years' experience in Customer Success, Technical Account management, Technology Consulting or Technology Solutions Development
Experience delivering large-scale transformational programs across Fortune 100 enterprise clients’ customer experience functions
Ability to analyze customer’s usage data, KPIs and health indicators
Knowledge of marketing automation technologies, contact center technologies, digital transformation, AI solutions, and business analytics
Strong program management experience overseeing large teams
Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers
Interest in continuously learning about tech industry
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
