Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, stakeholder coordination, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
Serve as a key point of coordination for leadership priorities, ensuring meetings, follow-ups, and commitments are tracked and executed efficiently.
Support global operational activities, including the UK Team, and partner with departments such as HR, Finance, Strategy & Growth, IT, and Customer Experience on projects and initiatives as needed.
Support the planning and coordination of company meetings and internal events, including logistics, scheduling, and communications.
Act as Office Manager of the New York City office, including vendor relationships, office supplies, space utilization, security access, and ensuring a productive and welcoming environment.
Handle sensitive company and employee information with discretion, professionalism, and the highest degree of confidentiality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Three or more years of proven experience in an Executive Assistant or other administrative role supporting senior leadership.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Availability for occasional travel to offsite meetings or events.
