Own the client portal strategy
design workflows that reduce support tickets through self-service and automation.
Design the internal operations portal
dashboards, workflows, efficiency tools that make your team faster.
Design workflows that leverage AI and automation to handle routine work.
Define success metrics, analyze user behavior and bottlenecks, and continuously iterate based on data.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure all systems work together as one coherent experience.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in B2B fintech, BaaS, payments companies, card issuance, or B2B banking platforms.
Deep domain expertise in B2B onboarding, compliance, identity verification, and payment flows.
Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and detailed process documentation that guide teams to build exceptional solutions.
Proficiency in design software (Figma, Framer), analytics platforms, automation tools, and AI assistants.
