Vocational qualification (journeyman) or master/technician certification in a wood-related field (e.g., carpenter, wood mechanic, sawmill technician, or similar)
Several years of professional experience in wood-processing companies
Good understanding of processes and material flows
IT affinity and interest in digital solutions
Motivation to deeply familiarize yourself with a complex software system
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in sharing knowledge
Structured, solution-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel for work
Good German language skills (English advantageous)
