Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university.
10+ years’ experience of diverse commercial pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams; inclusive of at least 2 different types of cross-functional roles and / or experiences.
5+ years’ experience of field commercial leadership with strong critical thinking and enterprise attitude.
2+ years’ experience in high-cost buy-and-bill models, with strong knowledge of distribution pathways, site-of-care revenue cycles, and billing and coding practices.
2+ years’ experience leading complex, cross-functional projects that require national alignment and collaboration.
Recent U.S. experience (within the last 5 years) with a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem and its dynamics.
Proven track-record of attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent and building dedicated teams.
