Lead and support Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations
Perform fit‑gap analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, application configuration, testing, and user training
Conduct client-facing discussions, CRP, UAT, and SIT sessions
Manage SCM data upload/migration using FBDI & ADFDi templates
Ensure end‑to‑end process coverage for O2C and PLM business cycles

4-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion SCM
hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
strong functional testing capabilities
experience in managing client interactions, requirements, and solution delivery
fit‑gap analysis, requirements gathering and documentation
application configuration, testing, and user training
independent management of the SCM track
configuration of workflows, troubleshooting issues, and supporting customization requirements across modules
thorough understanding of end‑to‑end O2C processes
strong manual testing skills with experience in SIT/UAT support
exposure to Groovy scripting within Fusion
strong understanding of costing within PLM and O2C cycles
bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
