Central point of contact for technical support for GE PCS drive systems
Provide global and local technical L2 service support and offer technical project assistance in the area of Power Electronics
Handle and resolve assigned cases in ServiceMax, which are managed both locally and by the global Service Tech Support team
Collaborate and maintain regular communication with the global PE Tech Support team and ensure information and experience sharing within the CEE region
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
Handle email and phone inquiries
Manage and coordinate corrective and remedial actions
Create training concepts in Power Electronics; independently organize and conduct training and workshops for internal and external customers
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Drive Technology or a related field
Several years of experience as a Field Service Engineer
Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
