Analyzing customers’ business requirements and providing consulting across our comprehensive service portfolio
Project-dependent subsequent implementation, commissioning, support and further development of already implemented solutions
Conducting customer training on the operation and administration of the solutions
Continuously expanding expertise to constantly optimize our solution delivery

Technical university degree or equivalent vocational training (e.g., IT specialist/Fachinformatiker or IT systems-electronics technician)
Extensive experience in Unified Communications, particularly with Cisco
Certification as CCNP or CCIE Collaboration
Independent working style characterized by reliability and efficiency
Friendly and articulate manner combined with strong problem-solving skills
Good command of English and German
Driver’s license (Class B)
Temporary willingness to travel
