Develop, write, edit, and proofread a variety of communications, including internal announcements, newsletters, intranet content, social media posts, presentations, and executive communications
Provide support for external communications, including drafting press releases, thought leadership articles, and website content
Assist with planning and executing employee communications campaigns, ensuring timely and effective delivery of messages that drive engagement and alignment across the organization
Maintain editorial calendars and assist in scheduling communications to avoid conflict and ensure strategic timing
Support CRC Group’s social media presence by drafting posts, selecting visuals, and coordinating approvals
Assist with updating website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with messaging objectives
Collaborate with business unit leaders, the marketing team, and creative staff to ensure communications meet business needs and reflect a unified corporate voice
Ensure all communications reflect CRC Group’s marketing communication service standards, tone, and brand identity
Contribute to measurement and reporting of communication initiatives, tracking performance metrics and assisting with recommendations for continuous improvement
Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in corporate and internal communications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field required
3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations, or content development, preferably in insurance, financial services, or professional services
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to varied audiences
Strong attention to detail, editorial rigor, and understanding of style, grammar, and tone
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content best practices
Experience working with content management systems (CMS) for web and intranet updates preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing communications team
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
