Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers in the Thuringia region
Provide on-site technical consultation and develop tailored solutions across the full product range of mechatronic systems, motion and positioning systems, and automation technology
Independently plan, coordinate and conduct customer visits in the field (outside sales)
Approximately 40% regional travel to customer sites, typically without overnight stays
Monitor the market and develop growth potential within the sales territory
Close cooperation with the inside sales team on quotation preparation and handover
Participation in trade shows and sales events
Requirements
Completed technical degree, certified technician qualification, or a technical vocational qualification with several years of experience (e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, precision engineering, or similar)
At least 3 years of professional experience in roles such as technical specialist, sales engineer, application engineer, design engineer, developer, or comparable positions working with technically complex products—preferably in mechatronic systems and automation technology
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
Self-organized, independent, and results-oriented working style
Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment in working with people
Willingness to travel, flexibility, and a valid driving license (Class B)
