Develop and implement a European go-to-market strategy for the Data Center segment
Lead strategic market entry and sustainable business growth in Germany, the UK and Ireland
Build and manage key accounts, with a focus on hyperscalers
Secure market access to specifiers and general contractors
Manage Tier-One suppliers in the data center environment
Lead complex contract negotiations (framework agreements, exclusivity agreements)
Responsible for revenue and budget with a clear target: build double-digit million-euro revenue in Europe
Work closely with Sales, R&D, Product Management and Marketing within an international matrix organization
Conduct market analysis and identify trends, buying groups and competitive developments
Strategically position the segment within the organization
Leverage the full product portfolio (building technology, power distribution, controls, etc.) for cross-selling opportunities
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience (ideally > 6 years) in international sales, business development or market/portfolio management, preferably in the data center environment
Proven experience in strategically building and developing new market segments at a global level
Demonstrable successes in complex international contract negotiations, especially strategic framework agreements
Confident C-Level relationship management and strong ability to manage complex, multi-stage buying groups
Comfortable working within global matrix structures and cross-functional teams
Strong technical understanding of electrical infrastructure
Highly developed hunter mentality, entrepreneurial mindset, and both strategic and operational implementation strength
Excellent communication and presentation skills combined with strong assertiveness
