As B2B Sales Lead, you are responsible for the strategic development of our most important retail partners.
Your focus is on strengthening existing partnerships and systematically unlocking growth potential.
You independently lead negotiations, annual reviews and commercial agreements based on clear KPIs and forecasts.
You identify new high-potential partners and purposefully build new segments.
You optimize pricing, terms and assortment logic using data and develop relevant sales-driving levers.
You initiate and implement cooperation and co-marketing measures with internal teams.
Requirements
You bring experience in Key Account Management, Commercial Partner Success or B2B sales.
Ideally from consumer-facing brands, lifestyle, design, family/parenting or related industries.
You conduct negotiations and closing discussions confidently, calmly and with a results focus, and you navigate complex partnerships and decision-making structures with ease.
You are entrepreneurial and data-driven, actively using KPIs, forecasts, targets/OKRs and reports to steer your business.
You are confident with CRM systems and digital tools and enjoy structuring, automating and scaling processes.
You have very good English skills; additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus.
You are willing to travel for trade shows, partner meetings and in-person exchange formats.
