Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements based on client feedback and market developments
Serve as the primary point of contact for CRS clients on all credit risk-related questions, including model logic, regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS 9), and practical application of credit risk methodologies.
Provide expert guidance and support on the use, configuration, and interpretation of the Credit Risk Suite applications, ensuring clients fully understand the underlying models and outputs.
Translate credit risk requirements into clear, actionable specifications for the development team, ensuring functional intent is well understood.
Participate in system testing, validation of new releases, and user acceptance testing, with a focus on the accuracy and relevance of credit risk features.
Support product rollout activities, onboarding, and client presentations, acting as a subject matter expert on credit risk.
Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features that meet client and regulatory needs.
Contribute to product improvement and roadmap discussions, bringing in-depth credit risk expertise and awareness of regulatory developments.
Requirements
1 to 4 years of experience in credit risk modelling, financial risk analytics, or a closely related field
Deep understanding of credit risk concepts (e.g., PD, LGD, ECL), regulatory frameworks, and practical application in financial institutions
Ability to explain model logic and system workflows to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with programming or software development principles (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus
Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting to and supporting clients
Ability to translate complex credit risk ideas into clear, structured requirements for software development
Proactive mindset and willingness to work in close, cross-border collaboration
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
