CAD and BOM data preparation: Create a digital twin of machines as the basis for our AI spare parts platform, including analysis, structuring, and standardization of CAD models and bills of materials (BOMs).
Quality assurance: Ensure data quality and consistency across different formats, file structures, and product classes.
Tooling & processes: Support the development of efficient internal processes and standards for data preparation, and document workflows and best practices.
Product feedback: Provide feedback to the product team to help improve our import and data processing features based on your work with real customer data.
Customer interface: Work closely with our Customer Success Managers to understand and implement customer-specific requirements.
Requirements
You are currently in vocational training or studying in technical product design, mechanical design, product design, or a related field.
You enjoy traveling occasionally and providing on-site support to our customers.
You already have initial practical experience with CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX, SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, CREO, etc.), and ideally with PDM systems.
You have a quick grasp and a structured approach when working with complex data structures.
You have a basic understanding of product data and an interest in digital solutions for mechanical engineering.
You have very good German language skills and basic English skills.
