Role Overview
- Lead delivery and execution across mobile squads
- Ensure alignment, smooth coordination, and high-quality delivery of features and apps
- Manage roadmap arbitration across multiple product streams
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination needs
- Drive operational excellence across the mobile organization with scalable delivery practices
- Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Technical Program Management
- Strong understanding of the mobile development lifecycle (iOS / Android) with ideally a background in mobile engineering and/or mobile development
- Experience coordinating work across multiple engineering teams or technical projects (e.g platform teams, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines or DX)
- Strong prioritization and roadmap management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and show great communication skills
- Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)
