3-5 years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech products.
Generalist mindset
you’re comfortable with UX research, interaction design, and visual craft without needing to specialise in just one.
You use AI tools in your daily workflow: whether that’s speeding up exploration, generating variants, or synthesising research faster.
Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics
enough to prototype in browser and collaborate closely with engineers.
Strong communication skills: you can present decisions, take feedback, and push back when needed.
Familiar with analytics tools (Amplitude, Hotjar or similar)
you let data inform decisions without being paralysed by it.
